We drove to Percé today, home of the giant Percé rock. This rock has a natural archway formed, and Samuel de Champlain once wrote that at high tide a ship could fit through the arch. Unfortunately, the rock is unstable now and people aren’t allowed to actually walk out the to arch.
Almost as unfortunate, this town has apparently never moved past dialup and there are no wireless networks within range of our hotel or from the beach. This post is backdated to make life a bit easier.
