Day 13

Last night we went to see a show called Le Moulin d’Images projected on the grain silos in the lower city. It told (in a very disjointed and confusing way) the story of Québec.

Today we toured the citadel, home of the Royale 22ième Régiment Militaire (“Van Doos”). They are the only entirely Francophone regiment in the Canadian infantry. Went from there down to the lower city again to tour the Place Royale museum. Place Royale is where Champlain originally built his Abitation building and established a colony in New France.

Heading out later to meet a friend at the university.

Quotes to Remember:

  • Good luck. If you survive, you have fun.
  • Anyone have any questions not related to the goat?
